How about giving use to dark totems and adding new armour in the process?

My suggestion is to leave skotizo the way he is. Add vespula to a new an instance which requires a dark totem to enter. This would give vespula a use since its not used in raids. (If you want to sue in raids you could always just design a new boss).

 

The boss could drop new armour with the same defence bonus as bandos but no strength bonus and instead an accuracy bonus in meele stats, such as +14 for the whole set or around that area. This would give the armour a niche use such as at corp or even tecton.

 

What are your thoughts ?

Private server man and its not that far from what osrs offered from raids !!! its a less op version

Alora, is very identical to OSRS and that's what the vast majority of the community like about it. Integrating a current raid boss into a custom format wouldn't be something I would like to see.

I'll say no support too. I think we should not add custom item; however though, we need to find a use for totems. Feel free to suggest a use for those.

Here's the thing vespula as its own instance. That's custom right there. I hope later down the road, they add it to raids. If they don't hey its no big deal. Back to what you said with vespula having its own instanced. Custom armor is a no go aswell(which is quoted in spoiler below). When we say OSRS content. We mean as close as OSRS as POSSIBLE. Skotizo is custom as in its in wildy but it has a timer. In my opinion thats fine and its in wildy making wildy more active! That's a plus. Raids aren't exactly perfect like osrs but its a private server. Things are meant to be slightly easier such as zulrah too.

 

Now, this is me jumping around and basing my opinion.
