[HC alphas]

So I currently am a HC Ironman, and I thought some things should be added to help us out like in real osrs has it and just some personal opinions:

 

1.) More Detailed Nature Amulet.

 

So, what I was thinking that this doesn't help us that much. It only say's "Healthy" and "Diseased"

I was thinking that maybe it should be more detailed! By adding these lines:

Marrentill Herb ~ Healthy (Watered)

as well as

Marrentill Herb ~ Healthy (Needs Watering)

 

2.) Mage arena rune store:

Currently to Iron-men on osrs they are able to purchase these runes in the store, but in alora you can't even open the store. So what I was thinking is that maybe you should make Iron-men, Hardcore Iron-men, and Ultimate Iron-men be given access to this store. Also make the runes deplete but refill a bit fast because there's 300-400+ people in 1 world.

I like the idea of the amulet, but not so much of the ironman mage shop, what i really like about this server is how hard it is for iron man, since we are not alowed to use any shops. Being an Ironman on other servers feels like a joke and nothing is really worth picking up when monsters drop it. Now I'm being a horder to the max even picking up the 30 fire rune drops every single time.

Do you even need to water your herbs and such? O_O I never have, anyways seems like some reasonable suggestions though. Supported.

 

The runes should be pricey though. Make it a nice gold sink for ironman.

I'm not too sure about the runes, I've never played as an ironman, so I can't really comment, I'd just make the runes myself though.

Thanks for the support! Although the runes are more of a you have to be an iron-man to understand.

​Runes I disagree on. Okay, it did take me quite some hours getting like 5-6k of each rune. However, I feel like this is the part you sign up for when you make an iron man account so no support on that.

You don't need to water your herbs. The soil is already supercomposted and I've never had a herb die in just about 100M exp. Limpwurts seem bugged though in the sense that they die quite frequently, even with good attention...

 

Neutral about the rune shop for HCIM. It's currently insanely easy for all except UIM to get runecrafting high enough to make your own runes. Even at 8x exp, snag a votebook and participate in one of these bonus xp weekends and I don't see the complaint for runes.

 

This continually comes up, but it's SO easy to runecraft on this server with the dark mage there to take you wherever you need to go NEXT to a bank that you can tele to with ;;thieve.  HCIM should be a grind, so allow it to be that way, or consider switching to a higher experience rate gameplay.
