Like set 1-4 reduce damage taken from the poison attack from Lizardmen Shamans, set 5 reduced this damage to 0.

First off, let's enlighten those who do not know what the tier 5 Shayzien set is known for.
The Shayzien tier 5 has the same stats as steel armour, it does, however, mitigate if not neglect all Lizardmen-related poison damage.

Taking this into account, I do not think it is worth implementing and should be left as is.
Take some anti-poison with you.
