So i've been doing a hellhound task on cerberus and i've noticed how my slayer helm isn't effecting my hits at all. This should be fixed concidering I am able to finish my hellhound task on Cerberus.

Should be a small and easy fix.

I haven't noticed the slayer helm work in a few places.. I suggest a rework of the helm in general.
