[SS Camaro]

I've been playing for about 3 days now and I recently notice that their are 9 server supports but have not seen one even on or helping. This might be my timezone not sure. So my suggestion on this topic is more of a question??? We need better/more server supports. Like I said I might be wrong because of timezone situations but this is what I've seen since I started Alora.

SS Constantly yell out - Check ;;staff to view online - There's normally at least 1 or more SS online when I'm playing ;o

Whenever I've been online, there has always been three or more and whenever I need help, they respond instantly.

Whilst we do strive to cover every timezone it is sometimes hard to have a server support online every minute of the day. Our staff members try their best but sometimes there is real life difficulties preventing our staff members from coming online.

We are actively checking are staff to see who is not active and who is not. Those who aren't active will be removed from the team after receiving a warning.

 

Please remember that if a server support isn't yelling that doesn't mean they aren't busy answering their private messages as this is normally where most of their attention lies.

 

I appreciate the feedback you have given us and we will use this to help and improve our staff team.

what time zone are you on and when are you online? I rarely see no support or staff online. and if the help cc cant answer your question and there is no support online, don't be scared to ask an admin/mod. they are nice people.

I usually see Lapis Lazuli Iron Divine Tabor Cuddeh and Ramon and that is in the GMT +1 timezone.. Like the others have asked, what is your timezone? I don't really have any issues with any staff member being online. 

 

Also there's always a helpfull player or two trying to answer questions in the help cc as far as I know.
