Not sure if this has been suggested before but my suggestion would be once you hit a 99 in a certain skill, you can reset it back to 1 and start over (obviously as this is how prestige works). Now the only thing I'm struggling to think of is what sort of reward you could get from pretesting your skills.

Once prestige'd the XP should be lowered for the skill you're trying to get back up to 99.

Think this would benefit many players seeing as its not really that long to max.

Thoughts/ideas?

Might be true it doesn't take long to max. But there is 200ms to go for. That will keep you busy for some time.

Never really been a fan of prestiges in skills, not really sure I'd enjoy this system, but that's me. It would also be so odd to throw this update into the game this late on. I'm sure there's a few people who don't want to reset their 200m's..

This was also suggested before and declined for the reason that they had to plan to add this antime soon or w/e.

^ For declined suggestion.

Don't really feel it. Like said above; 200m already takes a decent amount of time, prestiges aren't needed.

But if you had a separate high scores then it gives people the opportunity to get top. 200m can still stay top of their table.

Not a bad suggestion, but as said, people have 200m xp to go for which slows down after reaching 99 anyway, so i feel like 200m xp would be much more of an accomplishment than resetting a skill and presteging.

I don't think we need a prestige system in Alora, sounds cool but not really necessary.

Don't think this would be worth the time implementing into the server.

I also think its too late for it to be brought into Alora.

Pretty custom! We strive to sync as best as we can with OSRS. We do add small tweaks that further improve Alora, but this seems a bit much. Not a bad suggestion by any means. :)
