the timer for the pools usage is 3 mins for all donor ranks, why not decrease the timer the higher the donor, ex reg donor 180 secs, super 90, etc

Would be nice, maybe 3mins for regular donators, 2min 30sec for super, -30 sec for all extreme, legendary and uber.
2min extreme, 1min 30sec legendary, 1min uber.

It's meant to be useable but not abusable (constantly rushing in the wilderness). I agree with lowering it, but not by that much. Maybe 15 seconds less per rank.

going places such as pc/fight caves does that already but no cd

I agree, Maybe there should be a lower countdown like Sheep said, but within reason so that it can't be abused.

Support, it should be lowered a little bit per rank. I like what Sheep said the best imo.
