So it's come to my attention that some rocks frequently null rendering them useless and unable to be mined (mostly gold or coal), + there is a gold rock that simply can't be reached (see image below)

 

 

I think a re-design of this area and maybe adding a few more ore/rock options to the ones already there would make it alot more efficient for the donators.

Maybe add a donator cave to falador mine that contains the same ore?  Also addy and mith would be nice, and a working bank deposit box  or someone who notes the ore similar to piles
