i like this idea. i think there should be a certain amount of ingame money you should have to pay starting from reg player being the most money payed - uber rank which is least amount paid. so like start it out as 200m for name change for reg player and like take an amount off per donor rank.
Only problem with this is as

Every player is tracked via the staff's panel which tracks all your item logs, IP/MAC/Login times/collection box, etc.
Having this feature to name change makes tracking users a lot more difficult for staff.
The only way to make it work somewhat is to have hard limitations on name changes ie; once a month.
When your name is changed it'd have to make a note on your previous user which again can still be confusing for staff.
The only feasible way would be to make it so the feature directly updated in the db that your name was changed although Idk if Omi's current structure supports that, not to mention I believe it requires a lot more effort than it's worth.
