What is your suggestion?:

have scurrious rats have 1 hp, but give xp for 15 health. 
in alora they have 15 hp each, witch increases the difficulty an whole lot.
Have magic and ranged attack be "negated" when you pray range or magic.
in OSRS, the prayer has to be active as it lands, not activated before the attack is done.
with these 2 things beeing bugged/wrong, the difficulty of scurrios is 700% or more harder to do.
scurrious is a introduction boss, not a endgame boss.

Is this in OSRS?:
yes, scurrious works like this in osrs. and feels like a good dance

Has this suggestion been accepted already?:
clearly not, given scurrios is awfull atm

How would this benefit Alora?:
it would benefit alora to have bosses work. 
it's more fun to play, and less infuriation to work around mechanics that work, and feel good

As for these fixes:

1. This is no problem, I can make it so that any hits always insta-kill the rats, even if your max hit is less than a 15.
2. This is already as it is, it wouldn't be possible for us to calculate the damage any later than we currently do. In this situation, I can delay the damage registering by 1 tick, since this is meant to be a beginner boss, and I understand some players don't have the best ping.
