Armadyl Crossbow is an okay weapon, but that's where it stops at. 
The only real use for it is in raids. Everywhere else Toxic Blowpipe out dps' it. 
I would like to see this changed, as it's a fun weapon to use, and if it was slightly buffed it would give reason to actually use it (outside of raids) and give you a reason to farm for items such as Odium Ward, Twisted Buckler, and even items such as Elysian Spirit Shield. 

 

               

 

My Suggestion:

Buff it just a little bit.

I'm not suggesting for it to be op, but at least buff it a little but, make it more in-line with Blowpipe, and give people a reason to use it outside of raids.

I think that it being the best-in-slot for 1H range weapon is good enough, knowing it has the opprotunity to proc a ruby bolt spec (if you have the bolts).

 

I would like to see the accuracy on it buffed based on my use of it.

Buffing an item to make as good as an item which is currently overtuned just creates two problems instead of one.
The logical thing to do would be to nerf the blowpipe to how it is on RS. 

On RS though ACB has very few niche uses compared to BP, and a lot of methods where you CAN ACB for its distance advantage you can typically use another form of combat/strat.
For example, safespotting Vene with ACB is good, but using veracs is 100x better.
Using it @ Sara is good but the current meta for Sara on RS is to use black/red chins.

So not entirely certain what you're trying to get out of this, but the weapon itself is extremely lackluster in most cases and thus the reason BP is better in most scenarios, also given the fact BP on Alora is extremely overtuned.

No Support, it should remain how it is, mirroring Runescape. Buffing items past what they should be is not representative of a server that bases (the majority) of it's code off 07.
