if one already has used a saradomin brew or anglerfish past 99 hitpoints then uses the healer, don't revert to 99 hits, keep the boosted stat

It restores to “default” stats but I’m not sure how this would work.

Wasn't aware of this. The pool doesn't revert your stats to default and I don't see why the healer should.
