I think the game should have a timer for when the server is going off so that people dont lose there items if they are bossing.

Who agrees ?

I have heard people lost there items from a disconnect...

There is, and Omicron usually also logs in to give warning.

 

E.G: Today Omicron logged on and said Update in 10 minutes. Then with about 5 minutes left a timer came on to countdown until the update

There's already a 10 minute countdown when the server is being updated, I'm pretty sure Omicron announces in the Discord, and SB too before the update. Players have plenty of time to finish their kill and teleport back home to ensure nothing happens to their account before the update. When there's no countdown, that's you or the server DCing, which currently can not be helped - Omicron is trying his best to fix this issue. Bare with us.

Well you can because I logged backm in with 3hp when I disconnected on 99.

 

Nevertheless, when there is a DC, no countdown can be applied.

There is currently no possibile way to have an timer display when the server randomly disconnects since this happens through some kinda of error/bug which is just not possibile to anticipate.

 

We have a timer that appears when the server is about to update aka. Players getting disconnected.
