There is currently a global announcement which advises players to join the 'Help' clan chat for any type of assistance they are seeking.

 

 

I feel it should be changed to the 'Alora' clan chat, as the Help clan chat is constantly dead and the Alora clan chat is pretty much used for the same thing, which is so much more active. New players are just currently being mislead by this current global announcement, in my opinion. New players would see the global announcement and would believe there is a place for them to ask away the usual questions asked by new players, but it will be a dead place with nobody to give them the assistance that they are in need of.

Suggested this back when I was SS and it was accepted but never actually implemented.

I still stand by my word as this is obviously a beneficial suggestion for obvious reasons as explained up above.

It was actually implemented once. But somehow it still shows both messages, weird.. Let's see what @Omicron can do and hopefully he will fix this.

I agree to this, it is known for a while now that the 'help' and 'help2' cc's are empty all the time, new players get directed to the alora cc on default when creating a new account.

Might aswell chance the broadcast to the alora cc instead of help cc.

I see no reason to not support this. Definitely change the announcement to Alora clan chat. Plenty of folks willing to help there, myself included. :)

Nice catch, I believe there might be other announcements that could use an update as well. However this is the major one. :)
