Heya,

Earlier today i was participating in the LMS event while watching Lowkey's stream. I believe in two or three games players went into hiding, which caused games to take much longer than needed. When Purple and Lowkey hopped around the map to find players who were hiding, they weren't able to find them.

A simple fix for this would be to give staff members a command that shows them who's left on the LMS island. This would allow them to easily teleport to them and take action to speed the games up (if required).

I suggested this in Lowkey's chat, but to make sure it isn't forgotten I'm posting it here as well :).

Personally, I don't think we should force players into one play style for LMS. If anything increase the damage that the fog does, or increase the rate at which the fog approaches, etc, the same way that current battle royales balance their game.

I agree with you that we shouldn't limit play styles in general. However, when only two players are left (which was the case during the event) keeping hidden will simply extend the game if both players are in a safe area. If staff members consider the game, for this reason, to be disfunctional they'd at least have a tool to speed things up. it'd be up to their judgement if this is necessary.

Players shouldn’t be punished for playing conservatively, in my opinion.

Since staff members are a responsible group of players that wouldn’t abuse this and only use this for its sole purpose I’m sure this would be useful in situations like the one you mentioned, you have my support.

If you hide, you choose not to loot and therefore fall behind from others, meaning if someone does actually find you, odds are you won't be able to take them, which makes it pretty balanced (not to mention that later on the fog just pushes you into the middle anyway). This command would actually make it possible for staff to force people to fight, like they sometimes do in the Battle Royale events (or used to anyway), which is just pushing people to play in a certain style, which is retarded.

I support this, when I played LMS there were 8 people remaining and only a few I could find in the center, the rest were hiding in the corners.
