I can personally say, out of all of the recent servers I have been a part of, this staff team has been ran with the best of the best. No player has to worry about being clueless or unsafe. They are always on top of taking care of rule breakers (trust me I know).

 

They treat their players equal to anybody else. Nobody is personally favored higher than anybody else. They do what they are supposed to do. I have yet to see an actual corrupt staff member.

 

With that being stated, I can hop on this bandwagon and say that there has been nothing but absolute professionalism among the Staff Team of Alora. They always take into deep consideration who they want to hire and who they want to promote. I'm not trying to kiss-ass here, but I really do enjoy having this staff team.

 

@ Omicron - I mean, what can I possibly say, to express the gratitude and thanks to all of the great updates and content that you have made countless people enjoy. Alora's #1 staff member, not because you are the owner, but because you take into account what everyone wants.

 

@ Lowkey - Great content and streams, really enjoy watching your videos and participating in the giveaways. You're very kind-hearted and care about the community. 

 

@ Hellish - I can't say much about you. That's only because our timezones don't collide, so half the time I'm on, I only get to see you for a little bit. 

 

@ king purple - Out of the other managers, you probably host the best events. You draw half of Alora to participate to all of your events with a couple global messages. It's not for the events, it's because people enjoy you hosting them. YOU are what makes the weekend events worth going to. 

 

@ Sheep - You're probably the most respected and charismatic admin towards other players. Players envy your company in-game and out of game. 

 

@ Dante - I don't know you as well as most other players, so I can't comment on a lot of things. But one thing I can say, you are aware of what you need to do and Alorians respect that. 

 

@ hsoJ - Worthy, dependable, mature, and much more. It's always fun having you in-game and chilling with you. Everyone has utmost respect for you, and enjoy having you here as an admin.

 

@ Draisaitl - As far as responsibilities go, you are by far, the best Administrator to be on Alora. 

 

@ Code 002 - I've seen you in-game and on forums, by that I can say, I have never seen anybody have a problem with you. You're very maintained and mature, which makes you a perfect fit for your position. 

 

@ Immortal Fox - Congratulations on the promotion, I hope you like it. You definitely deserved it. Players love to see you online, I personally think you are the most respected Global Moderator. I've never seen a single person have a problem with you. 

 

@ Scuffed EIM - I don't know a lot about you so I'm not going to comment. Different timezones. 

 

@ M A C K - Who knows, you might be next. I've always came to you if there were no admins or above online. You handle a lot of player-based situations. I'm pretty positive that players turn to you, more than they do other staff members. Your availability and assistance have never been an issue for us. I see a great future ahead for you. 

 

@ Paine -  Even though you're a meme right now, you're probably the most respected Forum Moderator that Alora has ever seen. Nice pet btw. 

 

@ Mhk - I don't know you as well as most others do, but what I do know, you are very great as a Forum Moderator. You take care of these forums and make sure everything is okay to go. Keep up the great work. 

 

@ To gain - A very great guy to be a moderator, although I am shocked they haven't promoted you yet. I can't say a lot but everyone knows who you are and know that your are a fantastic moderator. 

 

@ EIM 1gp - You're a funny guy and always give people a good lul. Very optimistic and fun to be around. You are always a good person to turn to if we need help. Keep up the good work. 

 

@ Smiv - I haven't seen much of you recently, but I do know that you take your position very seriously. I'm glad to see you as a moderator. 

 

@ Trade For GP - Definitely a worthy moderator for Alora. Quick to help, and always let players know you are there to help.

 

@ iron aritus - I don't know a lot about you so I can't comment. 

 

@ Loo -- I don't know a lot about you so I can't comment.

 

@ Elite Drew - I don't know a lot about you so I can't comment.

 

@ Sassafras - I don't see you much anymore, but maybe it's our conflicting time-zones. When I do see you, I always see you in yell-chat doing what you need to do. Keep up the great work.

 

@ Elite dezrix - I've chilled with you for a bit while fishing, and from what I've learned, you are definitely a great staff member with a high potential for promotion. You are very respectful, well-mannered, and players enjoy your company. If it was possible, I'd wish for 10 more just like you. 

 

@ Moral truth - There are plenty of things to say about you but I'm going to cut it simple and short. Players love you. Staff loves you. Availability, assistance, or anything that a player could possibly ask for, you are there and doing it to the max. Keep up your fantastic work!

 

@ Spanks - I don't know a lot about you so I can't comment.

 

@ Eim 40a -  From what I see and have gathered, you're very envied by the community. I haven't had the chance to chill with you or really talk to you, but I can say that it's always a joy having you in-game on Alora.

Thank you for the feed back! I totally agree with you my activity has been lacking. I've had exams in school so I've been worrying about those but they've just finished last week so my activity should return to normal!

Should leave out the users who you have nothing to comment on. Other than that not too bad feedback thread. Could use some critism for users, but I am sure regardless of that the staff team appreciate that you took your time writing this. Overall was enjoyable to read.

Very nice feedback indeed for the staff team, they are doing an excellent job currently. Every single one of them spends time making sure everything is on track, and never forget there is a lot of behind the scene stuff going on once your Mod+.

I think you criticized some staff a bit too harshly and they deserve more credit than you're giving them. For example, you said you don't see Sassafras anymore. I don't think that's a very fair critique because you yourself are not online 24/7, even if you add it might be because of conflicting time-zones, he is probably not too happy about that.

 

I think you should give them more positive feedback because they sure deserve it and once you do that, you can make your staff application and join the team with positive attitude, instead of this negative one.

@ Emozionante - I didn't really expect a mention to be honest with you, and I understand your comment completely. Unfortunately, shortly after being promoted the busiest time of the year started for me as I work in retail as a supervisor and it's the busiest time of the year... bloody Christmas. I've had to work overnight shifts this whole month so far with only one day off in total, and I'm exhausted, so most of this month has consisted of just work and sleep and that is why my activity has decreased. Thankfully there is only one night shift left and my activity will increase again and I'm so excited and glad that I'll be back to playing again.

 

The staff team have been amazing to keep me on because they know it's a super busy time in real life for me right now, and honestly, I'm extremely thankful and grateful for them. So I'd also love to give everyone on the staff team some huge love from me.

Sad I missed @ Eim 40a come and go in the time I wasn't around, but I really hope we can work together at some point when life doesn't become so hectic for us. You are respected by the community so much, you are one of the best helpers in the game and I know you will continue to do so whenever you have time to play again. I hope everything sorts out for you and you can come back soon!

 

Thank you, every single one of you, for the hard work you've been doing. There is so much that goes on beyond just in game, and you all do such an incredible job. You are appreciated so much by the community as a whole. But to me, I have too many feelings and you guys are appreciated by me so much right now, you're all such great people.

 

Other than that, I'm probably repeating myself now. But I'm super thankful for you guys for keeping me around at this busy time of the year for me and just being so understandable and great people. I can't wait to work with you all even more so now my activity will start to increase again.
