Edit: Regarding the situation about the option to choose your tasks it comes with it's perks/downfalls overall I don't think in my opinion it will be added due to how easy it would make slayer really and would make slayer points worthless, (meaning imbue scrolls would crash) because you would never loose your streak but that is just my opinion.
