What is your suggestion?:Make it so that Ali Morrisane doesn't move in ::thieve

Is this in OSRS?:no

Has this suggestion been accepted already?:Not that I could find

How would this benefit Alora?:He sometimes moves in front of altar/surgeon/thieving stalls and you sometimes click him instead of intended target. quite annoying

He also likes to hide under people, but if he were to stand in one place like the Teleport Wizard that would be great.

Yeah kinda feel like its like that for a reason. hes pretty much the only shop npc that moves like that.


Likely posting for post count tbh can't get veteran with out it for some reason...

I do agree he probably moves for botting reason, but that’s always why we have random questions.
Support from me I don’t think it would be a bad idea for him to just stand still...or turn him into a booth! <—Jk lol

Wouldn’t static mean that he moves around rather than stand still?

Support, there’s already an anti bot measure, this wouldn’t be such a bad thing.

Support to some degree, maybe the coding on him should be changed so its easier to click on him but not stop him from moving around to combat bots etc.

I support, becomes very irritating when you lose him and have to spend your time finding him. Only takes several seconds, but it eventually adds up and makes you lose a good amount of experience per hour.

I wouldn’t say to make him static completely. Perhaps just move around less frequently.

I like him moving. We have a community of RSPS players who have used/ or have basic knowledge on how bots work using java or a basic macro. They could set one up EASIER if he does not move ( yes we have random events, and other ways to combat bots ) but he moves to help the community NOT use bots/macros.

 

I do NOT support this.

The NPCs at ;;thieve and the super donator stall are not static for a reason. While it may be slightly annoying to take 3 seconds to locate the NPC this is not something that we will change.
