I think having the demon butler be able to un-note bones for a certain donor rank and up would be a good addition, if possible to code.

Neutral actually, prayer is already really fast hence why I think this is kinda useless.
Id suggest if it gets implented, it should be for all players.

Meh, I'll have to say NO SUPPORT. I think it will be overpowered and ppl will camp there instead of going to wildy for better xp/hr.

Instead of having the bulter unnote bones, maybe have the home teleport actually teleport to you home and not edgeville.

No support. Just un-note your bones at a bank then go back to the house portal. The servant should only be used for un-noting construction supplies.

You can also un-note your bones for 200 coins each at the chaos altar and train prayer there.

No support, the Prayer skill doesn't need to be made easier than it already is, and this may kill the chaos altar's (located in the Wilderness) activity.

If by home teleport you mean house teleport then;
