Slayer, bossing, and raids are always the way to go for money making. Thieving is there for starting cash when you start playing the game.

Just go Pvm while on slayer task, then when you get the requirements for Cox which is raids 1 ;;raids | or Tob which is ::raids2 go camp them even if there is no team just advertise till you find one, u could make 100m+ in 1 raid if you're lucky or even 1.2b or even 2.3b or even 3b! that's my tip Goodluck.
