I started playing RS in 2005, and working on private servers in 2007.
I was in university before launching Alora, but have since been on hiatus since I decided to fully focus my attention on it.
I have worked on the code behind Alora on-and-off since 2014, having opened another (smaller) server before this one (where I met many of the original/higher up staff members that carried over to Alora!).
Where in your position do you feel you could improve the most?
Communication with the community is something that I definitely feel I could improve on. Although it isn’t always easy to find the time to interact with the community between development and dealing with other behind-the-scenes tasks, I could interact more on the forums or even participate more often during weekend events, which I love to do!
Lastly, is there anything you would like to see in the future of Alora?
We're always looking at how we can improve Alora, and we have many different plans for that in the future, ranging from improving current content (such as Raids) to be more complete, to implementing brand new content (such as more client features) and being the first to get updates from OSRS out to our community (such as the upcoming Nightmare of Ashihama content).

Besides working on my course (which I sometimes do while playing) I take care of my house, make dinner and take care of my boys (dog, cat, and bird), but other than that I like to watch anime or movies, play some guitar, or just simply hangout with friends.
Interesting facts:
I'm a very kind person and helping whenever possible is in my nature, that's how I've been educated. I'm very optimistic and just like to laugh whenever I can. I am also professional when I need to be but other than that I just want to have fun and have a laugh.
As a staff member, what do you feel you excel at the best?
I'd say definitely in listening (in this case, reading) the players and trying to understand their point of view. I'm always thoughtful and accept any opinion, be it negative or positive.
Do you have any goals for yourself as a staff member for the future?
I'm looking to evolve and learn as a staff member (by evolving, I mean by growing as an individual). As long as I'm able to help with anyone's issue I'm happy.
Where in your position do you feel you could improve the most?
To be honest, I'd like to improve in everything I can, but if I have to be specific as you know I like to joke around and I know as a staff it won't be the same, Yes, I can still joke around but of course I'll have to know my limits and I'll always have to be joking in a respectful way. Other than that, I want to evolve in general, either by learning from my actions or your opinions.
Lastly, is there anything you would like to see in the future of Alora?
Yes! I'd love more activities that involve the community. We already have events but I have an idea which I'll work on it and give you the details later. (I've already gave the idea to Tauri and discussed with him to see if it was a good idea or not but my honest opinion is that it's a very good one.) It involves the whole community to participate, and I think it will make people more active in the chat.

I enjoy spending time with my family, walking the dog, listening to music/playing other games. My favourite genre of music would probably be hardstyle/rap (I've got an array of different genres I like) Not so much radio music though.
Interesting facts:
I'm a system engineer for computing (Level 3) < Been a while since I've really trained on that though, that was mostly from college! Trained chef/cook however you make of that.
I'm a fast learner too, although some things may take a bit longer than others, but still!
As a staff member, what do you feel you excel at the best?
I think I'd be great at keeping the peace in yell/clan chats. Making sure everyone gets the help they need and keeping Alora safe!

I would like to progress through the staff ranks, but at the minute I'm quite happy where I stand, we'll see what the future brings!

do you feel you could improve the most? I think there's always room for improvement, I'm just willing to learn more along the way. Especially within the 2FA section.
Lastly, is there anything you would like to see in the future of Alora?
I'm quite happy with the state of Alora at this moment, although there are bugs/glitches in the game, that cannot be helped! The updates so far have been amazing, including leagues! - Looking forward to seeing what comes in the future of Alora!
