low level weapons rework?

so its no secret that alot of weapons in game (low level) dont really work right, ie: darklight, granite longsword, etc. is there any hope for a simple fix on these weapons? and maybe an addition of a brine sabre for pure fashoinscape? also there might end up being more pkers/pking if more weapons that low levels use actually worked. i highly doubt this change ever comes but its food for thought i guess.

yeah probably, but the reason I put it here initially was just to ask the question "is it likely to see any changes to these weapons?" can repost in suggestions.
