What is your suggestion?:

With the new hold shift option make it that we can click anywhere on the name of the item to add it or remove it from the overlay list.

How would this benefit Alora?:

It's easy to add or remove items by the click on the item name rather than the ( + & - ) icons because sometimes they don't work.

You should rather make this as a bugreport. The new feature is broken, but I'm sure Omicron is working on a fix as we speak.

you should be able to click anywhere on the name and it will do what your after... maybe it bugged for you?

As what @Blackpoiint mentioned, that feature is currently bugged and Omicron is most likely working on that fix. Not necessarily a suggestion but more so a bug report, which has probably been reported already.

The item overlay is bugged on the live client, if there are items on multiple different tiles, you can't shift-click them to remove them. This has been fixed (quite a while ago, it was a small oversight unfortunately), so it'll be working properly in the next update.
