1. Make it possible to decant potions to either (1) (2) (3) or (4) from any potion (x) you got. 

2. Make it so you can pay the tree patch farmer to take away the tree instantly. so you dont have to stand and cut it if you don't want to ofcourse!

You can use a shovel on the tree to get rid of it instantly instead of chopping it down, after you've clicked on it to receive your xp first ofc.

Pretty sure you can choose to decant to any dose. And just use spade on tree after you inspect it

Talk to this bird - pretty sure you need to do some achievement diaries though. (This is for the 1-2-3-4 doses)

Like OCE Vaj stated, speak to "Zahur" outside the furnace at Edgeville, and select "Decant"

Both of these suggestions are already able to be done in-game as described by the above comments.
