What is your suggestion?: To add the perk of the Defence Skillcape (acts as a Ring of Life) to the max cape. I know that it was added to the cape when the perks were first added however, after people complained that there was no option to toggle off the defence cape perk on the max cape or max cape variants, the perk was removed completely.

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: Kinda of (?)
How would this benefit Alora?: The perk is already on the Defence cape and currently the "Features" option on the max cape does nothing or if worn it does the max cape emote. This function could be added there.
