What is your suggestion?: QOL on blood fury as OSRS did a QOL buffing the passive healing effect of the blood fury

I would also like to add the possiblity of charging the fury with blood runes (1-2 bloods per charge) as on OSRS there is more people killing vyrewatch's meaning there will be more in game compared to on Alora where I myself went 975 dry for my first one.

Buff suggestion has been accepted, but I am also adding to the suggestion by making it viable to use Blood runes to charge it :)

The buff for the blood fury was already recently accepted, however we won't be allowing players to recharge it with blood runes, that seems like it would be too overpowered, and de-value the shard itself.
