Simple post, since CoX matches OSRS now.
 

Suggestion: Make scavengers re-spawn at Chambers of Xeric.

Why? Because you can't prep decently if u can't kill scavengers.

I have not tried the new CoX yet but if this is something that would benefit without being OP I dont see why not!
