What is your suggestion?: The only current herblore cape perk is the ability to add grimy herbs into a vial of water so there is no need to clean the herb and the XP is granted along with it.

  • I propose to have the ability to use noted grimy herbs along with noted vials of water to create unfinished potions via Zahur as long as desert hard is completed and the user has the required gold along with it.
  • The current perk only grants the XP from cleaning the herbs which is minimal and really makes the herblore perk useless as you're only saving half a second to not clean the herbs and receiving the same very low xp per herb, along with only being able to do 14 at a time instead of cleaning 28 at a time with a full inventory setup. It would be easier to use Zahur and not get the few thousand XP from creating via grimy herbs from your inventory

How would this benefit Alora?: Making the herblore cape perk worthwhile

You should clean up this thread a bit, hard to read. :) 

But I don’t really see the point in this, I think the dev time should be used on something else.

You should clean up this thread a bit, hard to read. :) 

But I don’t really see the point in this, I think the dev time should be used on something else.

Bro I was having difficulties aswell. 

I think it's fine the way it is right now tho. Zahur has all the functionalities and for the eco it is good to have some money sinks in the game.

Bro I was having difficulties aswell. 

I think it's fine the way it is right now tho. Zahur has all the functionalities and for the eco it is good to have some money sinks in the game. 

This wouldn't eliminate the money sink, it would just allow the ability to create unfinished pots without the need to clean herbs with the herblore cape equipped. GP would still be needed.

Seems like an okay idea but I honestly never find myself cleaning herbs before doing herblore I just clean them as I get them. IMO would be too much work for too little change but wouldn’t cry (or use it) if it was added

Managing Miscellania is generally where my grimy herbs come from but slayer i have herb sack so that adds to the stack that needs to be cleaned, otherwise yeah farm runs i clean as i go

Good point. i cant use Miscellania as a UIM so it totally skipped my mind. i do agree in that situation it could come in handy, if it was just one big xp drop from all noted herbs and pots it would reduce chance of getting pet too so would the laziness of it wouldn't pay off in that aspect.

i support this, the cape needs some rework. would be nice to have ability to make (4)'s or add the chem neck work perk to work.

I agree that the cape needs some re-work but no sure what is best for it. I remain Neutral for now.
