How to make username appear in fat letters with colors and sparkles?

I would love to know! 

 

Priority is the fat letters, then I guess the color is from ranks and the sparkles maybe for high donator ranks?

You don't. You are only a Extreme Donator therefor you only get the Extreme Donator rank + your UIM rank on the forums, to achieve the other names you need the other donor ranks / staff ranks / Designer ranks etc.
