I do not think this is very necessary for regular compost. Super compost is dropped noted in 100 quantity regularly by the various wilderness bosses. You may also use 'Fertile Soil' spell at level 83 magic on the lunar spellbook.

Pretty much echoing this point.

In addition, Super/Ultra compost isn’t too hard to make especially when you can use the gnome to store buckets
