What is your suggestion?:First of all, thanks for the insane update, this however is a taste thing but personally it really feels like a custom rsps to me atm with the new announcements and icons

How would this benefit Alora?: just as emojis can be turned on and off this can be done to the taste of the player.

100% agree with oh im hard.. it just feels really weird to me, it pretty much screams private server at you

100% agree with you hard. the server is supposed to be a 1/1 of osrs. now we're digging into customscape waters.

Not hating, I just like how it was more personally. For me and others appearantly it seems really in your face with all the things going on in the chatbox. I know it's effort put in and that you can't always satisfy everyone, but for me it now feels like a custom RSPS where the feeling of not playing an RSPS was not there for some reason on how announcements and clan message worked before.

I like the new update but I do agree players should have the option to switch!

I'll most likely accept this suggestion, because it's a reasonable one, but you should keep in mind that we are a private server, and we're not trying to hide that fact. While we try to stay close to OSRS content-wise, it doesn't mean that we're going to avoid adding our own features/flairs that are different. There are a lot of things we have that OSRS would never dream of implementing, so that isn't really a concern of ours when making changes like this.

I don't mind the new announcements for drops, 99s, etc. I just HATE the fact that it gets filtered out by putting game on filtered. I don't want to see how many herbs ive cleaned etc but i would like to see people getting drops/99s/200ms/etc.
