Change the KC requirements for Raid Combat Achievements.

In my opinion the KC tasks are a bit too high for a private server & also the fact that the KC tasks are not considered to be hard tasks, just time consuming and annoying.
If a player was to start the combat achievements from scratch, you could do each task 3 times by the time you finished the KC tasks for each raid, which seems a bit too much. There's also the fact that it may be hard for some new players to find a group for TOB, but thats a topic for another day.
These are the KC's I propose for each raid.
Brackets = Proposed kc.
Non brackets = Current kc

As seen above, COX and TOB KC tasks would be the ones with the major changes, in order to align with the TOA/PNM/Nex task kc's.
