BH tp was nerfed into oblivion last update. I think this update might bring back some use to it. Not OP like before but also not useless like the last couple of months.

Ehh ill stay neutral but honestly with all the recent changes to help us pvmers I wouldn't mind if stays this way at least so not everything is just against the few pkers this server has

You should've at least provided an explanation as to why you think it should be reverted, instead of just saying "There's no need for this plain and simple."
In my opinion this change balances out the Bounty TP changes made a while ago, which almost made it obsolete. Now pkers are teleported a bit further away BUT there isn't also a full blown chat message announcing it as well.

no support, was way to easy to afk and escape with that teleport notification from your target.
