Suggestion: make grandmaster combat achievements a requirement for a completionist cape since that should fall under completionist content

Support, at the very least make it master.

I support iif they remove the grandmaster completionist cape we already have. Otherwise, just make it master

No support on this, this is way too much of a requirement and 90% of the population will not see a comp cape again.
