What is your suggestion?:
Either let players trade a set piece for another or simply buff the rate of getting it.
Is this in OSRS?:
The OSRS version is way dif from Alora, in OSRS you just need to give some items in exchange while in here you have to fish clue bottles and hope you get a piece.

How would this benefit Alora?:
I'm at 55m fishing exp already and yet didn't get the full set, I do have repeatables but yeah, not the full set yet. And the set is just purely cosmetic, nothing valuable from it, which I find it too much tedious over something that trivial and not that useful. You have to rely on your rng when opening the bottles which the item seems way too much rare for something like that, which you're actually playing with 2 rng's, 1 to get the clue bottle and the other to even get the piece. I've even lost count of how many bottles I've already opened.
