As an oldhead who is typically against “custom” items, this is a totally valid exception! Not unrealistic by OSRS standards, and as you said, it would attract tons of players who would otherwise avoid or disregard Tormented Demons.

This would ecourage myself and other players to kill Tormented Demons more often.
May I suggest 1/4000 drop rate? More of a flex for a nice looking pet (=

Support, part of why I like RSPS is the ability to add customs. Now, don't get me wrong. I loathe all of those stupid custom servers that make no sense. But little bits here and there (like the pets we currently have) are cool additions that you wouldn't see in OSRS. As said above, I'd also like to see a moons pet with transmog too.

Support. Would be a good addition to Alora. Tormented Demons already have a really poor loot table and would make them more worthwhile to grind.

No support. Custom pets generally look quite bad and out of place in a server that for the most part tries to resemble OSRS. Smithers, the Vote pet and the House pet are examples of this. Not to mention just slapping a pet on the drop table of any visually appealing NPC to encourage players to kill more of them seems like a terrible precedent to set.
