Hello, I havent played for around 2-3 years so have no idea whats new and which of the new stuff is good to go and get, so im just wondering what things is should go do or what gear i should go for. This is the gear I currently have (ironman).

You're pretty well kitted tbh. 

 

 

Jump into raids, and do some more cerberus to upgrade your boots as well as Demonic Gorillas for zenyte jewelry. 

 

Can always use osrs wiki to see gear tier lists.

Quick grind for occult then focus on raids (specifically CoX) for some ancestral or twisted bow snipe

 I'd suggest checking out things like the Tombs of Amascut for some solid upgrades and aiming for gear like the Fang or Masori set.
