What is your suggestion?: Fix the prices of items on examine 

Is this in OSRS?: no

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: no

How would this benefit Alora?: more accurately reflect the price of items 

Examples: 
Bandos Chestplate: 21.2m examine - 50m market
Bandos Tassets 18.7m examine - 50m market
Toxic Blowpipe - 16m examine - 50m market
Anguish - 32.3m examine - 70-80m market
Amulet of Torture - 37m examine - 70-80m market
Elder Maul - 27.6m examine - 80m market

This has been a recent change but I feel like it needs reverting (this may be a bug, not sure)

@93 This is more of a bug. This functionality works as intended, but we had to reload items recently which caused this issue. It will be fixed soon.
