What is your suggestion?:
 

In CoX when overload has 1 minute left, to be able to re-overload. When the overload is drank when the timer is below 1 minute, but not completed, timer will be reset to 5 minutes, however the 50 hitpoints heal from the previous sip is cancelled.

How would this benefit Alora?:

 

I think it should make CoX more smooth. Now sometimes you have to wait until it's complete. I think with this system it could be a lot more smooth.

Support, or make overloads 5-min timer in the first place, with that time you can finish full cox with 1 overload, that would be everyone plans.

I don't understand your post, they are already 5 min timer?

Support. Could just make it when you sip overload it will reset timer and the heal would be nullified (until the new timer is up) at any point like you can do with Smelling salts. I think this would be a nice QoL change.
