What is your suggestion?: Add a server announcement when a player receives all 5 pieces of the purifying sigil (radiant oathplate ornament kit)

Is this in OSRS?: N/A

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: No

How would this benefit Alora?: Would be nice to see when people hit this achievement, there's an announcement for the ancient blood ornament kit so it would be following the same pattern of existing announcements

Maybe announce when they create the full Sigil? Either way support. It would be in line with the Ancient blood ornament kit.
