How would this benefit Alora?: another way of receiving vials of blood

Great suggestion IMO. Its a struggle to find TOB teams so another source would be great. 
I couldnt even get teams when I wanted to pay

Im all for making it a bit more chill to get them considering like @A UIM said  finding tob teams is like finding the damn leprechauns at the end of the rainbow

No support, usually I'd be up for these type of suggestions but adding a raid unique item (Whether it's a resource or not) elsewhere isn't the way to move forward imo.
