100% support from me, as a maxed iron man and soon to be maxed gim i am always buying runes. even with being able to do revs for a couple hours a day im burning through the runes so fast.

Support. Blood runes are ridiculous here, absolutely rinsing banks every other day. As for the revs suggestion, not all of us can go do that for cash money.

This will be partially accepted. It is extremely obvious why the price is higher; this is not "harder" than OSRS, it's intended to account for the ease of obtaining gp on Alora. The multiplier will be reduced from 3x to 2x, so a 33% reduction in the cost of extracts.
