Has this suggestion been accepted already?: prob not

How would this benefit Alora?: would be a neat client-sided plugin to have, replacing animations is a pretty fun feature (like changing your walking/idle animation), and being able to visually change gear would be neat, for example old torva still exists in the cache and some people prefer the look of that over the default new one. would serve the same purpose as the companion pet plugin pretty much

I've seen this done elsewhere, and while it's pretty neat, I'm on the fence about it. If I want to wear an outfit that bad, I'll just wear it. But I also see from your point of view, like on RS3 you can be all fashioned-out and be doing whatever activity at the same time.

I'll say I'm neutral for this, if it got added cool, if not then oh well no biggie.

Seeing as it can only be seen by the person configuring their plugin, I don’t see how this would cause any issues
