What is your suggestion?
Make the farming guild Seed Vault avaible to UIM

Is this in OSRS?
Yes

Has this suggestion been accepted already?
The seed vault is, but not for UIM.

How would this benefit Alora?
It would make the UIM happy :)

UIM cannot use seed vault in OSRS... no support uim is already easy mode with so many death storages

if its not on osrs, no support, uim dont need an addition 30 slots when they already have over 100 slots they can use that also aren't in osrs.
