PvP sailing or else. 

after sailing maybe we custom pvp flying? even if osrs doesnt have it alora can be unique

 

to everyone whos on the "please dont add sailing" boat (pun intended) just come to grips with the fact that we're more than likely going to get it, if omicron can even code it in correctly. just so we can be "the first rsps with sailing"

 

While I would like all the bugs to be fixed (whisperer, mithril seeds in pvp, dissapearing npcs, tele to target placing you on the other side of a wall, tele to target using up sacks when it doesnt teleport you, right clicking not duplicating player options, hovered tile plugin working properly)

or maybe even adding new systems to get faster response time from omicron (im on 3 weeks with no reply yet)
or maybe giving players what they voted for in mass for, like removing the cosmetic version of the combat achievement slayer helms

or long time promised qol updates like using platinum tokens in the trading post so all items are able to be bought/sold there (said it was supposed to come after buy offers and never did)

 

instead we should all be thankful and look forward to getting sailing added sooner than later

That's what I've been saying. After seeing all the Sailing content and the reaction on OSRS, I think having Sailing on Alora would be a great idea, even for those who don't want/like the content so far. As H stated, the content update offers and adds a lot of new content to the game and is somewhat refreshing to see. Most people don't even know that Omi was already working on adding Sailing to Alora years ago, refering to this dev blog, as a unique piece of content. Even if we don't get the OSRS version of Sailing, we could see a more unique approach to the skill/idea coming to Alora at some point in time.

Even tho I'm not a fan of the sailing in osrs, It would be cool to see it in alora!

I joined this server because its as close to 07 with newer bosses as possible. we dont have summoning and we absolutely should not have that joke of a skill. sailing shouldve remained the april fools joke it was. hard no from me

Adding stuff to add it is a dumb idea. wheres summoning? focus on content we like instead of wasting time and resources on a worthless skill that no one wants thats been a literal april fools joke for years. theres plenty of content that people dont use already, lets not add more 

As much as I despise sailing, I'm afraid it will make its way to the game inevitably simply based on the amount of content it has to offer.

A huge variety of items will come into the game and it will be hard to just not add them, so as much as it pains to me say it, it'll come sooner rather than later.

imo sailing should be added, theres way too much content to be ignored. It's either you add everything or nothing
