Welcome! My name's Thunk and this is a guide on how to achieve the Music Cape in Alora!
The requirements for said cape are simple. 140 music tracks must be unlocked. It's going to look a little something like this
Since a lot of quests/objectives that are in OSRS aren't in Alora (yet ) I picked these songs to collect for my cape.
How to get them? For this information, I'm going to break down where you have to go in order to be in the area that unlocks the Music track.

This is the hardest I've had to work to get a post out to y'all, but I enjoyed it a lot. I hope you do too! Good luck on exploring Gielinor and all it has to offer!
Much love,

I expected and called this, most are only in it for the money irl or money in-game, then go play their reg accounts.
Myself, i have a maxed account and like the challenge i have no intentions on giving up even if i'm the last Classic player i'd just treat it like an ironman but with worse xp.
Changing the game mode now may bring new players in yes BUT, offering rewards is tricky, many of us have grinded out drops already and let's say OMI changes it do a drop rate boost, many will be annoyed.
UIM is a gamemode not very many play and yet people still do for the challenge, likewise they'll do for this game mode after all those who just wanted the cash will leave, only the real players will stay on this mode. If they released this mode without the rewards how many would you think would actually try it? a handful. that's the only reason the game mode is dying, the handful that would play are still playing and grinding it out.

Hey guys,
Today’s update will prepare us for the first half of the Classic mode competition — the PvP tournament, which will be hosted later today at 5pm UTC (server time) by @
Countdown to event:
https://www.timeandd...nt&font=cursive
You must register at least 15 minutes prior to the event by posting your Classic account name in the sign-up thread:
http://www.alora.io/...-pvp-tournament
Along with this, we’ve now added the ability for players to craft Cannonballs if they can amass 15,000 Slayer points for the mould! We’ve also listened to your suggestions for Raids and have tried our best to make the formula as fair and accurate as possible.
We hope you all enjoy this update, and good luck to all of those who are participating in the tournament!
Regards,
Omicron

Classic Mode
With the massive support for Classic mode, and many of us still on Summer vacation, there’s no better time to release Classic mode than now! Lets dive right into it:
Classic mode is a game mode that is more challenging than other game modes — it has the lowest experience rate of any previous mode. It has trading restrictions like ironman modes, but here’s the kicker: Classic mode players can trade between each other, meaning a Classic-only economy will exist! This is a bit different than the usual Ironman mode which makes it slightly less of a solo game style.
We’re looking to release this game mode this weekend! The planned release date is 9:00 PM Eastern time on Saturday, August 19th!
FAQ:
Classic Mode Competition/Tournament
Huge thank to @
The release of Classic mode brings with it an exciting competition with huge prizes (Over $350 in cash, as well as many in-game prizes) to be won! To ensure that all players can participate, we have divided this competition into two sections:
Note: These two competitions are completely separate and you could choose to participate in one of them, both, or neither.
We hope you're as excited for this competition and game mode as we are, and we wish the best of luck to all who choose to participate in the competition/tournament.
Regards,
Omicron
