Support.I disagree mr moral tooth, would be nice if we can get an option to hide certain drops such as bones/ashes etc.. piles up
Maybe something like this. Or have the option to turn off 100% drops, you know it’s there after every kill so you wouldn’t miss it.

Posted by The ground item overlay is fine as is, it's expected to get messy if you are killing multiple mobs at a time, such as abyssal demons.
