What makes you think you deserve the rank - I been around in ICE since the start of EIM, never applied for a rank since then. Even was in Iron help for a few months on my main before the merge.
 
Do you agree with our rules? -  Yes
 
Why does ICE Interest you? - Super friendly clan wich is the biggest of my concern. Always loved to be in ICE and always will do.

why not make the hcim death dangerous but with the teleport teleporting them tothe safezone and not outside of the raid?

This way they risk their status but also don't waste time on a raid they might not complete.
