what i mean by 200m xp perks is after you get 200m xp in a stat you would gain something over a normal 99 stat.

example: agility - slow run drain or unlimited run

cooking/fishing - ability to auto cook fish

farming - increased yield / plants cant die

slayer - able to skip tasks without losing streak or point increase per task for being a master slayer or you get a choice between 2-3 task and you get to choose which one

herblore - auto cleans herbs from farming patches or raids

These are all i could think of right now. This would mainly benefit ironman i would think but this could give people the extra drive they what to achieve higher goals. I've had a lot of mixed reviews on this just asking around. This could also be fine tuned so it doesn't seem over powered or too much of an advantage. With there being a 3 200m requirement for the comp monkey this could make players change from doing the easiest to grinding something a little more worth while if it was added.

These are just my suggestions for the perks they can always be changed to be more fit for the server.
