This is a great suggestion it's always hard to guess when the next rotation of events will go having timers would eliminate that! SUPPORT

I support both! The extra space from random clue items would be nice to have sitting on a rack and dungeons were one of my favorite things for a POH.

As @Horror said the timer is to keep players from spec tabbing in the wilderness. I could maybe see a reduction of the cooldown but not by alot otherwise there will be an increase of people constantly d claw speccing tabbing, grabbing pool, tele to spec, rinse and repeat
